I am a freelance writer and sometime photographer, presently living in Stevensville, on Kent Island. My efforts have been seen in the following publications; Smoke & Fire News, Chesapeake Music Guide, General Aviation News, Taste of the Bay Magazine, What’sUp Eastern Shore, Inside Annapolis, Eastern Shore Milestone, SciFi Crowsnest, and the Annapolis Capital.
My interests include history, music, the movies, good food and wine and riding my bike from time to time. (not as often as I should, I admit).

Thanks for including CBF in your blogroll and for supporting us in your blog! I thought you might be interested in sharing an action alert with your readers.
A major construction project in Charles County, MD threatens the Chesapeake Bay’s most productive tributary — Mattawoman Creek. The public comment period on the project closes on Monday, September 15. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is asking those who value the creek to write to MDE and the Army Corps of Engineers before the public comment period closes.
