TURTLE RELEASE

The Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center released three three Kemp’s ridley sea turtle names  named Snap, Crackle and Pop at   Cape Charles on Aug 26.
The turtles were rescued last month from the cooling water intake canal of a nuclear generator station by the Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine, New Jersey. They came to Virginia Beach in mid-July.
